Dear Middle School Students and Families,
Next week, your child will be provided a new keyboard, Apple pencil, and iPad during school. Our records indicate that you have not paid the annual $25 Device Protection Plan fee for your child that covers your child’s district-issued device from accidental damage, stolen device (with a police report) and product failure.
You can make payment for the Device Protection Plan using SchoolPay at www.schoolpay.com. If you do not have an account, you can create one on www.schoolpay.com directly from the login page. The “iPad - Device Protection Plan” will be among the payment options listed in alphabetical order.
If this fee creates a financial hardship, please contact your campus administration or counselor for alternative arrangements.
New devices and accessories will be distributed to students on the following days:
- 6th Grade
- 7th Grade
- 8th Grade
Returning 7th and 8th grade students are asked to follow the instructions indicated the message sent Aug. 15, which is available at www.coppellisd.com/Page/16367, to back up their current iPad, which they will turn in the day they get their new device.
