    Our Guiding Purpose:

We empower learners to positively impact the world by designing learning experiences that promote relationships, risk-taking, and collaboration in a flexible environment.

    Welcome Everyone,

I am so excited and honored to be a part of the FamiLEE!  I have taught in Coppell for the past twenty years and prior to coming to Coppell, I taught in both public and private schools in Wisconsin and Canada.

My certifications include Elementary Self Contained, Secondary German, English as a Second Language, Special Education, and Principal.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada where I majored in German and Geography. Later I received my Master's in Elementary Education from Texas Wesleyan University and my Master's in School Administration from the University of North Texas.  I have also enjoyed three wonderful summer Institutes for Gifted and Talented learners at the University of Connecticut. Yes, I love to learn!

I have one daughter, Jackie, who attends the University of North Texas and is majoring in Math. We all enjoy boating, swimming, and kayaking with our kayaks, Nemo and Dory.  We have also a cabin cruiser, Oopa, which we love to take on the lake to enjoy stargazing.

It's going to be an amazing year.  Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

    Respectfully,

    Ms. May Voltz
