    Qualifications to become an NJHS member

     

    ·        Seventh or eighth graders must have an average of 95 or higher in all core classes by the end of the 3rd nine weeks to be eligible to apply for membership. 

     

    ·        An application must be completed and returned by the correct date.

     

    ·        Names of those eligible are given to a panel of judges who can disqualify students that have not displayed good conduct in school.
     
     
    All NJHS members need to keep an average of 95 in your core classes. 
    1st time - on probation for nine weeks

    2nd time - released from NJHS

     Need 30 service hours by the middle of April

     No more than 15 hours from one source

     School Service Hours - 5 per year

      

    Meetings

    Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month in the library during lunch.  Please bring a sack lunch on those days, so that we can get started quickly.
