Kathy Kirkley - School Counselor
Welcome to Pinkerton Elementary and thank you for visiting my webpage! This is my 17th year as the school counselor at Pinkerton. I love being at Pinkerton and feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with such a wonderful staff, supportive parents and outstanding students! I am very proud of our designation as both a STATE and NATIONAL SCHOOL OF CHARACTER!
I have a Masters in Counseling from UNT, a BS in psychology and Minor in biology from Texas A&M. I attended Colorado State University my first year in college. I originally worked in Coppell ISD as a 7th grade Life Science teacher.
I have lived in Coppell for 37 years. I have two children, Ryan and Lauren, who attended Mockingbird Elementary, Coppell MIddle School East and Coppell High School. Ryan graduated from Millsaps College in Jackson Mississippi in 2013 and Lauren graduated virtually from Texas A&M in May of this year.
